The Province announced in Chilliwack today a $1.8 million program – of which $600,000 comes from the Province – to assist BC-based fleets in going electric.  Administered by Fraser Basin Council, the program will offer fleets resources to complete comprehensive business cases analyses and incentives to purchase and install charging stations.

Also announced at the Chilliwack event was the launch of the newest DC fast chargers in the lower mainland. The Chilliwack charging station joins two Level 2 stations already in operation at the Fraser Valley Regional District’s head office in Chilliwack. The second station will be located in Boston Bar.
